Bounty Hounds is a Third-Person Shooter-RPG published by Namco and developed by XPEC for the Playstation Portable system. It was released September 12, 2006 in North America and September 21, 2006 in Japan.
The plot revolves around a group of intergalactic mercenaries, known as the Bounty Hounds, on a mission to eradicate the indigenous lifeforms of alien planets, so the human race may colonize them.

The gameplay is a mix of Third-Person Shooting and RPG. The player is able to find and equip over 500 weapons, and even more pieces of armor. Using experiences points gained by killing aliens, the player is able to upgrade their stats and earn skills.
