From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bouncing is a form of dancing used by many cultures through the ages. It involves the random rhythmic motion in vertical manner. The term has hit main stream Ireland during the summer of 2007 most notably in the southeast of the country. The term has be integrated in common slag with saying "Let go bounce" and "Them be bouncing". The city of Waterford is a hub of this craze with regular bounce offs Saturday night at the town's local night clubs. Most popular for the "bouncers," as they are called, is the Forum as the upstairs floor has embedded springs that can give you an extra 5 feet of bouncing distance.
