Boulengerula changamwensis is a species of amphibian in the Caeciliidae family. It is found in Kenya, Malawi, and possibly Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
