[edit] Discussion
AWB is not an anti-vandalism tool. Also, you can't edit manually at 20 edits per second, not even 100 times slower. Please explain what you mean. MaxSem(Han shot first!) 19:51, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
- Awb also has bot options.DeSalvionjr Talk Contribs 01:34, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
What algorithm are you using to detect vandalism? Do you know the false-positive rate? Can you give us a sample of edits that would be identified as vandalism? Can we see the source code? — Werdna talk 00:59, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
- obvious vandalism. Page Blanking, Page replacing and the obviousDeSalvionjr Talk Contribs 01:34, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
- Can we see the source code? I don't think AWB has an anti-vandal function. Soxred93 | talk bot 01:32, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
- What I meant was, I'd like to see a sample of, say, 100 edits which would be identified as vandalism. Then we could see how many of them wouldn't be reverted by the current anti-vandal bots, and how many of them would be false positives, and all that jazz. — Werdna talk 08:23, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
Denied. because you are completely unfamiliar with AutoWikiBrowser (you are even not approved to use it), you lack experience with Wikipedia and knowledge of bot-related policies and practices. MaxSem(Han shot first!) 14:55, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
