Function Summary: To tag talk pages with {{WP India}} banner for assessment purposes, and if the category is a stub category with a class rating of Stub (Purpose:WikiProject India. See related discussion here... I am from the Assessment Team of WikiProject India).

Edit period(s) (e.g. Continuous, daily, one time run): Daily

Already has a bot flag (Y/N): No

Function Details: By identifying relavent categories (main: Category:India or its sub categories) , all India-related article talk pages will be tagged with {{WP India}} project banner. Kingbotk Plugin is already available for this and I have successfuly run using AWB manually. Similar bots are also operational . See Ganeshbot 1 and LostBot. The owners of the other bots may be online at different timezones and hence the need of the new bots.
