Already has a bot flag(Y/N): N
Function Details: The bot already runs on this wikipedia for a long time, and on more than 100 other wikipedia's, solely for adding and correcting interwiki-links regularly. It works through all articles on the Dutch wikipedia, to check interwiki-links to and from every linked page, and uses the warnfiles from the Interwiki Link Checker. I have a long experience running this bot, with rather few complaints (less than 0.05 %).
