Edit rate requested: 2 edits per hour

Already has a bot flag (Y/N): Y (Presently running &bot=0)

Function Details: Keeping Wikipedia:Bureaucrats' noticeboard/RfB Report up to date. In the event of no RFB's, it simply keeps the page blank. Can be stopped by changing User:SQLBot/rfbbot.run from "go" to "stop". Full source code available here. The bot is presently running, given the number of RFB's presently.
