this is in fact an admin bot that enforces our current policy on open proxies better than admins can. Im going to see if a Bcrat will flag this. due to the nature of the enforcement im going to have a bcrat flag this. βcommand 00:35, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
I'd like to think we could just send it off to a 'crat to be flagged, but the overly-bureaucratic nature of wikipedia makes it impossible :S . You're going to be forced to put it through an RFA if you wanna run it, which, like betacommand said, will probably fail... :( Mønobi 04:00, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
