This user is apparently referring to a talkpage proposal discussion / apparently proposed arbcom workshop item about splitting bots into separate usernames, for separate tasks. While not a requirement, it isn't exactly a bad idea. SQL^{Query me!} 13:26, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
