Function Details: At 2200UTC on every Sunday, the bot will take the message from User:MartinBotII/WPIndonesiaMsg here and post it to the bottom of the talk pages of all users in Category:WikiProject_Indonesia_members, who haven't listed themselves on the opt out list (a link to which is provided in the edit summary). Template, Wikipedia and Category pages are excluded from the posting, as are all user pages in the category containing a "/" (to allow for transclusion on user pages).

See Category:WikiProject_Indonesia_members/Test for those who the message was sent to when testing. Refdeskbot is listed on the optout, so wasn't spammed. I'm not, so I got the message [1] (this was just text I put into the code, instead of making the message page). The diff shows the sort of thing that will happenon each page, but the message page will, by then, have a meaningful message on it, with a level two heading and perhaps signed.
