Sections such as: Where do I find a good Z-Tokens spot or where's the President of the USA's home etc.

The bot will scan pages throughout Wikipedia and if such an article meets its criteria the unnecessary sections are deleted.

The criteria is if the bot sees anything with a lot of spam and useless discussion it will be edited out.

Hmm, that is a hard one, well it goes like this: How much gold do you get there (doesn't meet criteria), Is there a boss monster for this game? (nearly meets standards) and Why can I not get any good info out of this (meets criteria).

By creating them if they aren't there, this is a manually assisted feature of the bot.

What I meant was that I'll add the articles if needed and the bot will add missing content in articles.

By looking through out all wikiMedia projects and finding the required information needed, if not I shall add it myself.
