Botiinae, also known as Botiidae, is a subfamily of Southeast Asian loaches that contains the genus Botia. It is a more specific branch off Cobitidae, the main loach family.
Genera of Botiinae include:
Botia: Bengal loach, zebra loach
Chromobotia: Clown loach
Leptobotia: Kissing loach, Manchurian spiny loach

Sinibotia:
Syncrossus: Chameleon loach
