[edit] Removed some of the "advertising" language

FYI, some of the language in the article was biased toward the company and unverified, such as talking about the early Boss Over/Under gun as one of the most "beautiful" shotguns ever made. That may or may not be true, but it would need an independent citation, like a quote from an external independent gun reviewer, magazine or historian. Along those lines, I'd suggest adding one or two independent references that talk about the company and its O/U shotgun to add some additional verifiability and information.

P.S. $250,000 for a shotgun? Wow, guess I'm not buying one any time soon, huh? :) Dugwiki 15:40, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

Boss & Co only build best quality guns only. The price of a rifle is £135,000, the shotguns start at £55,000, and the o/u start at £75,000. All their guns are one grade only, the best, no add ons except for fancier engraving but the well known Boss Rose & Scroll comes as standard.

As Boss were the pioneers for the single trigger O/U's, it can be said that this is the most sought after O/U shotgun compared to Holland & Holland and J Purdey.

If given the choice of ordering a bespoke gun, I would go for Boss who only make to order, whereas Holland and Purdey have new guns on the shelf for sale.
