San Juan will be undergoing a Featured Article Candidature shortly, and we are moving up to Ponce, so you interested in joining us? you might be also interested in joining WP:PUR. (My comment is up here because the nowiki template is messing up with the header) -- 03:15, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

I will be back to Wikipedia on Thursday, following San Juan's example we can get Ponce up to Featured Article in half the time (San Juan took about a month to complete, we were totally lost). Can you look for some references for Ponce while we give San Juan the final touches? - 03:39, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
Nice that was fast, I am leaving now but if you find any reference you think might be useful just leave it on my talk page, I will add them to the article when I come back on thursday when I can do it with calm, and welcome aboard our WikiProject. - 03:54, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
Before leaving I will leave these userboxes here, I can also code one with more detail when I have the time. - 04:00, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Previous unamed thread

There is no need to have a summary of every fight, he will have numerous more fights and all of this is taking space if you see Felix Trinidad you will notice how a boxing page should be estructured. Wikipedia's founder Jimbo Wales said it himself "Wikias are for detail, Wikipedia is for overview", there might be a little pov on the edit too, the low blows didn't affect the outcome or Judah they happened by the begining of the fight and he was wearing a cup, now he did use them as a cheap excuse for getting his ass powned but they are irrelevant, boxing article should only include the result of the fight. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.138.193.20 (talkcontribs)

It's not really notable, the low blows didn't influenced the outcome of the fight since the final outcome was a knockout it's irrelevant if he had one point deducted or not, these sections only bring controversy and edit warring see how biased the section of the fight on Zab Judah's page is, adding this might be give a wrong impresion of the fight and Cotto, the fight was widely dominated by Cotto and posting this might give the reader the notion that he cheated his way to victory.

[edit] Complaint at WP:ANI

I looked over your complaint at WP:ANI. I would suggest that you acquaint yourself with WP:AGF. First, you titled the complaint {{vandal|Avnfx}} (very good use of a template for someone only editing for a few days, AGF non-adherence aside), and you bought up the complaint again after Avfnx had apologised and explained himself above. I commented at WP:ANI that the last person to raise a complaint against Avnfx was later indef blocked as being a sockpuppet, and have previously commented that editors have appeared to use WP procedures and policies as a method of compromising Avnfx's ability to contribute to articles, so you will understand why I am keen to ensure that any complaint is fully investigated and that all parties are complying with WP policy, rules and guidelines. It was a simple copy and paste from the AIV. Which I did before. They suggested that I go to ANI [2] .I don't really care about other people's complaints about him. I care about him changing people's conversations. So is changing someone's conversation on a talk page considered to be ok?BoriquaStar 21:41, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Last question first, no it is not okay to change someones comments on a talkpage. From what I see Avfnx apologised for his actions and, although I do not have a view whether his earlier actions were deliberate or a mistake, unless there are very good reasons not to(which would require supporting diffs) editors should assume good faith. I would direct you to User:Moeron's comment at WP:ANI that any repetition would be a reason for suspicion.
As commented, I am familiar with the recent history of Avfnx's contributions and some concerns raised about him. Some complaints appear to have been motivated by reasons other than those which should concern WP. I made these remarks so you should be aware that any future claims regarding the editors contributions (which can, and have been, in violation of policies, etc.) are both properly founded and have not been resolved between the two parties concerned. Basically, if the guy says "sorry" then there is nothing that can be done unless the incidents recur. Then, and discussion between the sides has not resolved the matter, the incident(s) should be bought to the notice of admins. LessHeard vanU 22:01, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Well basically this is what happened. There was an unsigned comment. I signed it for the user with the unsign tag [3] [4] [5]. He then created spaces which I saw here [6] and said i signed it. I was annoyed because I caught this incident. It seemed really shady. Anyway, that's it. I'm not going to be bothered with it. BoriquaStar 22:16, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
