Compared to Vladimir Putin, this guy gets portrayed here as some sort of hero. Margaret Thatcher lauded him? Everybody in Nizhi Novgorod knows the truth about those years.

In fact, when Yeltsin and nemtsov were ruling Russia, they had Andrey Klimentiev sacked as a mayor when in the fraud case against him Klimentiev threatened to spill the beans about the way Nemtsov amassed his fortune.
