Talk:Bored Gordon

I object to the deletion for the following reasons:
- I'm not in the band, nor do I even live in the same country as the band (I live in Thailand).
- I admit I am a fan. I was frustrated to see a lack of Wikipedia presence for the band, so I took it upon myself to make one. I did my best to make it objective and just list the facts. I spent many hours cross-referencing all over the internet, trying to come up with the best article I could produce. I justify their notability, by stating:
- The band have released an EP and complete sudio album.
- The band were regional finalists of the World Battle Of The Bands, a competition which currently incorporates many countries around the world, including USA, China (including Hong Kong), Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Philipines as well as their home New Zealand.
- The band have also performed on Top Of The Pops as well as other televised music shows.
- The band have two videos that have appeared on national music television shows.
- The band have appeared on radio programmes around the country and have been in Top 10 rotation on the most significant college radio station.
- The band are signed for distribution on a significant independent record label.
- The band subsequently appear on no fewer than 8 discs (including compilations) currently available to the public, in addition to others that have since been deleted.
- There also appear a number of bootlegs from their concerts.
- They have a web presence as displayed in the external links section.
- At time of writing, the band have 217 myspace friends.
- The largest and most respected music retail store in the country currently sells their album full price.
