[edit] Origins
In 2003, BorgSolutions was founded by industry veteran and former PCOrder/Trilogy, Inc. senior system engineer Christophe Borg, who led the re-architecture of the data management and analysis systems for the Content Division and Trilogy Managed Services which serviced customers like: Ingram Micro, Dell Computers, Ford Motors, Alltel and CNet. Mr. Borg and his partners have generational ties to the fleet, construction and, retail industries, enabling them to bring real world expertise to the company thru their many ties with industry experts.

BorgSolutions is headquartered in Austin, Texas, with regional headquarters in Munich (covering Europe, Middle East, and Africa), Puerto Rico (covering Latin America). BorgSolutions has its services translated into 6 different languages.[1]

[edit] Astral
Astral is a way for fleet managers to manage their assets linking any telematic hardware gathering device over the internet to a web interface. Typical application would include things like GPS, dispatching, inventory management and work order systems. [1]
