Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (abbreviated as BLG) is a full service Canadian law firm with over 700 lawyers and intellectual property agents, practising in offices in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Ottawa, Montreal, and the Waterloo region.
BLG has recently become the largest law firm by size in Canada, overtaking McCarthy Tetrault.

The present firm is fundamentally the result of a five-way merger in 2000 which saw Borden & Elliot (based in Toronto) combine its practice with those of Howard Mackie (Calgary), McMaster Gervais (Montreal), Scott & Aylen (Ottawa) and Ladner Downs (Vancouver).[1]
