[edit] Sungai Petani

Hi, welcome to Wikipedia. You might be unfamiliar with the Point Of View rule in Wikipedia. I think you should read up on that and change your writing style to a more neutral style and use more formal and non-colloquial words. Then, you might want to fix the sections you have written in the SP article.

Anyway, it's good to see new contributors.Wai Hong 15:48, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

Bonefandi 09:31, 27 April 2007 (UTC) Hmm. Well I majored in linguistics and I don't remember writing any colloquial word(s) in Sg Petani page. Wai Hong, you might want to check the meaning of the word "colloquial" in Wikipedia and see whether it matches your definiton. And also Wai Hong, there's a fine line between being "neutral" and "realistic". You admit my entry that SP has "red coaches with air-condition", but refuse to admit that SP indeed has an obsolete bus station - if you would call it a bus station. Check Changlun bus station and compare it to SP. And it amuses me that someone would like to proclaim SP as The Most Developed City in Kedah. Yes I'm new in Wikipedia and you're much more experienced, but it doesn't mean you're always right and I'm always wrong.

  • You should not just criticise someone or something without proof. Show us some pictures maybe.

I checked a dictionary and 'colloquial' means informal words. You did use informal words and biased phrases as well. You should look at other articles which do criticism in a more neutral way than yourself.Wai Hong 14:25, 27 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Racism claims --> Opps, it wasn't you!

Why do you keep writing the sentence that Sungai Petani Hospital has racist staff members. It's a sensitive issue and should not be written without substatial proof. what I mean is something official like a report of police investigation or proof of racist slurs or statistics of significant marginalization of a racial group. I know the girl who died of septicemia was sad but that was only one case.

I also deleted your link to a blog because it's spam and should not be regarded as reference.Wai Hong 14:11, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

Bonefandi 09:21, 27 April 2007 (UTC) YOU GOT THE WRONG PERSON, WAI HONG. TRY AGAIN. It wasn't me, and i didn't put any link to any blog. Check the Sg Petani history page again. You'll see the light.

Sorry. Your user name started with the same alphabet as another guy. Wai Hong 14:14, 27 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Mrsmmerbok.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Mrsmmerbok.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 02:47, 18 December 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Jusjih (talk) 02:47, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
