I noticed that this article and Nancy Clutter are almost word-for-word the same after the lead. Can I suggest moving this aricle to something like Clutter family murders and dealing with all of the victims their, with their own names redirecting to that article. Duplicating the same information on several pages isn't the best way to structure the information. Thanks. —Whouk (talk) 12:47, 25 March 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for the note -- you'll find the same problem with the Herbert Clutter and Kenyon Clutter articles right now, and will also find similarities between Richard Hickock and Perry Smith (murderer). I think it's worth having individual articles for each of the family members, since each is notable in his or her own right (for example, actors have portrayed them, and there are find-a-grave links to them), and other Wikipedia articles and non-Wikipedia web sites can reasonably want to link to them individually. I used some copy and paste only to get the articles started, but I hope that they will diverge as I and other people contribute more to them, until there is little or no common copy. Fair enough. Having redirects at each page would allow linking to individual family members, but I'll leave you to decide what works best long term. —Whouk (talk) 15:22, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
