Bonnier Corporation

Bonnier Corporation is an American magazine publisher owned by the Swedish Bonnier Magazine Group. It was formed in March 2007 by the merger of World Publications, Time4 Media and The Parenting Group and publishes more than 40 special-interest magazines.
With over 1,100 employees and more than $350 million in annual revenue, Bonnier Corp. ranks in the top 15 nationally among publishing companies.[citation needed]
Bonnier Corp.'s parent company, the Bonnier Group, is a 200-year-old media company based in Stockholm, with operations in more than 20 countries, including magazine divisions in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Spain.
