A bonding jumper is a reliable conductor to ensure the required electrical conductivity between metal parts required to be electrically connected[1] (Sometimes referred to as stingers, a piece of insulated green wire.)
Installing a bonding jumper is one method often used between metal raceways and metal parts to ensure electrical conductivity.[citation needed]
