[edit] Controversy
Since the show was announced by Shed Productions in early 2004, it was originally thought to have aired in 2005. Now, nearly two years on, Bombshell has still not been shown in the UK. However, in 2006, the show made its debut in New Zealand on TV ONE, giving some hope to UK fans.
ITV1 were said to originally broadcast the series, but fans were later led to believe that the show might make its debut on ITV1 sister channel, ITV2, making Bombshell Shed's second series to debut on that channel. (The first being Footballers' Wives: Extra Time).
It is now unknown if the show will ever air in the United Kingdom at all.
