Boltax

Boltax is a fictional character in Marvel's original Transformers comics.
High Circuitmaster Boltax is keeper of the Cybertronian Underbase, a collection of knowledge that underlies all known Transformer knowledge. Once a robot, Boltax converted himself into a containment vessel to store the energies of the Underbase. Boltax's age is unknown, but assumed to have been around since the beginning in order to obtain a vast collection of intelligence.
