Bollack Netter and Co (French: Bollack Netter et compagnie) More commonly known as BNC, was a small automobile company in Paris situated on Avenue de Paris 39, in the Levallois-Perret district.

BNC was established by Bollack and Netter in 1924, It was a successful make winning a lot of rallys. In the late 1920's, The company tried to penetrate a higher market sector, unfortunately the demand for large passenger cars was low, and the demand for ultra-light racing cars was low as well, the company was forced to close down in 1931.

The BNC models were mainly sports cars, The design was similar to Amilcar. The engines were not made at the factory, A company called Ruby produced small cheap engines, BNC purchased their engines off Ruby for their small cars. The cylinder capacity was around about 1,000 cc. in 1926, BNC produced a car with a 1,000 cc S.C.A.P engine, fitted with a cozette compressor. In the late 1920's, BNC produced big passenger cars, with a eight-cylinder engine made by Lycoming.

BNC cars have been used in many rallys, they are still used in rallys these days. In 1931, a BNC was leading the race in his class, the engine broke a few hours before the finish, the car came in thirteenth place.
