Bolitoglossa subpalmata is a species of salamander in the Plethodontidae family. It is endemic to Costa Rica. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, pastureland, plantations , rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
