Opened in the 1974-'75 school year, Bolingbrook High School, or BHS, is a public four-year high school located in Bolingbrook, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It is part of the Valley View Community Unit School District 365U, which also includes Romeoville High School. The original Bolingbrook campus was located on Lee Lane and Deleware Circle within the Village of Bolingbrook. Half of the High School students residing in 365U attended Bolingbrook High, while the other half were bused to neighboring Romeoville High School. Continued community growth prompted the passage of an April 2002 referendum for a new state-of-the-art high school located at Schmidt Road. and Lily Cache Lane, which opened in August 2004 for the 2004-'05 school year. All High School aged students residing within the Valley View 365U District boundries within Bolingbrook now attend the Bolingbrook campus only.
Students enjoy a full complement of co-curricular activities, from sports to the arts, led by a dedicated faculty and staff of 250 highly skilled teachers and administrators who are committed to excellence.
