- __NOTOC__ - disables the automatic table of contents
- __FORCETOC__ - a table of contents is added even if the page has fewer than four headings

PLEASE add a title to an external link by supplying a text after the URL separated by a space, preferably the official title of the site, or if no official title exists the clearest title you can come up with.
Most URLs are ugly and uninformative, so it is better to give an external link a meaningful title. For example,
