During the Victorian Era, conflict had risen, riots were common...

While I admitted know very little about this subject, this lengthy passage has been added twice by the same user. These are his/her only edits to Wikipedia and, while this page is already a little odd, this passage is unsourced and does not fit well with the other material. So I removing it based on that.
