Boiling Springs State Park

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Boiling Springs State Park is a park built near Woodward, Oklahoma, by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s and named for one of the several natural springs which occur in the park.

There are many camp-sites and four cabins. It is a nice wooded area in a rather bare part of Oklahoma. There are many deer in the park, many of which are fairly tame and will allow you to sit and watch them graze pretty close.

There is a huge swimming pool and a small pond. It also has a large facility for retreats and camps for kids.
