[edit] Notability
I would mention to Doc glasgow (re AfD) that Urbankowski's work has also merited review in scholarly journals. PētersV (talk) 23:39, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
- Being the devil's advocate, before I've expanded the article it hardly asserted notability. I would not expect Doc to nominate it for AfD now.-- Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus | talk 04:08, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
- Well, yes, it was a bit stubby, on the other hand, it should be possible to create stubs on topics not immediately familiar to a large community of editors and to have some reasonable amount of time for editors to discover an article and contribute. My point was that it really didn't take any more time to uncover what Urbankowski has written or that his work has been cited (ergo, notable) than it did to nominate the article for deletion. Just an observation on the workings of WP. PētersV (talk) 04:49, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
