This is the cover to the book Bohemian Archives of Japanese Red, part of the Touhou Project. Though the picture is subject to copyright I (User:Deadkid_dk) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution copy of a book cover;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the book in any way;
copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the cover artwork on another book;
