Can rediff.com be cited as a reference? Is it authoritative and objective enough?

Article lacks information about the ramifications in Sweden, including the possible assassination of war materials inspector Carl Algernon.

Also, what the heck is a "crore"? Either link to Indian currency or further explain it. - Added link to crore and the approximate USD amount. The problem is they don't add up, about 4 million was frozen, but 4.6 million was withdrawn? Was this amount withdrawn before they were frozen, and the millions just leftovers?
