Boes Motor & Mekanik is a Swedish kit car company in Färjestaden selling a Lotus 7 replica called Boe 7. Unlike most other manufacturer who use square tubing for the spaceframe chassis they use round 28x2 tubes. The Boe 7 is built using a rear axle from Volvo 740, steering gear and pedals from Volvo 240, steering column from Toyota Carina or Corolla and front hubs based on a rebuilt Volvo 740. It can also be fitted with power brakes from the Nissan Micra.
