[edit] Live shows

What do you think about a page for marleys live shows? Crisley 03:26, 27 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Move

I think this page should be moved to Bob Marley & The Wailers discography. I'm not sure what spelling of & The Wailers should be used ("and" or "&", "the or "The" Wailers). The same goes for Category:Bob Marley albums. Teklund 15:53, 25 April 2006 (UTC)\

  • I support your proposal. I guess & is okay as wikipedia dopesn't have computer script problems but I'll leave that to your judgement, SqueakBox 16:14, 25 April 2006 (UTC)
  • I support the move as well. The title "Bob Marley and The Wailers" is ambiguous enough to cover Bob Marley, The Wailers and Bob Marley & the Wailers. --Ezeu 23:32, 25 April 2006 (UTC)
Ok, moved. Teklund 09:10, 27 April 2006 (UTC)
Good on you. --Ezeu 09:23, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] soul shakedown

Just a question, why is this album not listed? http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=10:8e831vf8zzca —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.170.1.165 (talk • contribs) 21:59, 24 August 2006.

"Soul Shakedown Party" has been released several times as a single. It seems the album Soul Shakedown Party is one of many bootlegged collections. In any case, accrding to bobmarley.com[1], "Soul Shakedown Party" is one of the early Wailers songs that Leslie Kong released without permission from The Wailers. --Ezeu 14:42, 3 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Other Albums?

What about some of the other albums floating around? Eg. Cornerstone, and All In One? Not sure they are official, but they are in circulation. Might be worth mentioning them as such.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Patrick Corcoran (talkcontribs) 14:32, 14 December 2006.

There are a myriad of bootleg Bob Marley albums around, especially compilations of songs from The Wailers' era. I personally have a handful of CDs titled "Best of Marley" and the like, released in the early 1990s on obscure labels. I think we are better off listing only official releases, and perhaps really notable unofficial ones if there are any. --Ezeu 15:46, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
