[edit] Wiki-Abuse Warning (copied from theaveng's talk)
Destructive behavior, as demonstrated in your edit of Netzero, violates the Wikipedia Acceptable Use policy. Please refrain from such activity.
Special notes: I understand how digusting deceptive advertising is, I hate it too, and that's why I'm working to combat network abuse. But the statements you made on the Wiki Artical "Netzero" did not appear to be true, I have used Netzero free service myself, and I'm not an ancient customer of their's. Netzero free service is still available. --Bnefriends (talk) 23:56, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Netzero
See, I know that Juno is still offering it, and Juno is the EXACT same thing as Netzero (but with a different name), if fact, it is owned by the same company. If you are having problems downloading Netzero free service, try http://account.juno.com/s/landing?action=viewProduct&productId=free&group=iso-standard-plus-commitment. I think Netzero may be having techincal problems, it was working fine in September 2007. Or perhaps they are doing away with the free Netzero service, but if that's the case, why would free Juno service still be available?
I don't check my talk page every day, so for future reference, questions posted on my talk page may not be answered for several days. Bnefriends (talk) 20:57, 21 November 2007 (UTC)

- Netzero and Juno are the same company, in the sense that NBC and SciFi Channel are the same company, and yet NBC/SciFi are still different services..... likewise Netzero/Juno are separate services. Also as I explained before, I spoke to a Netzero rep on the phone, and she said I have to first buy the $9.95 plan, then cancel, and then I get the free service. Well. It's not truly free if I have to pay $9.95 upfront, is it? - Theaveng (talk) 21:26, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Abuse report
Hello, please do not add reports to WP:ABUSE unless they have a very long history of vandalism and have been blocked several times. Like this user. Thanks. Cheers,JetLover (Report a mistake) 00:55, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

- I'll third that. This guy left a warning in my Talk page accusing me of vandalism (see Netzero page). I did nothing of the kind; all I did was update the page. ----- And no it's not the same as an abuse report, but it's still annoying to have some guy calling me a "vandal" when I've done nothing wrong. - Theaveng (talk) 14:55, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] November 2007
Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to George W. Bush, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. This is especially important when dealing with biographies of living people, but applies to all Wikipedia articles. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are already familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add your original reference to the article. Thank you. Duplicity (talk) 22:02, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Vandal Notices
Hi there. I happened to notice that you were issuing some rather strong notices to people who inserted misleading information into articles. Please note that it's important to assume good faith and not bite newbies. There's a standard set of templates here for issuing warnings. Barring extraordinary circumstances, it's considered polite to start with the templates that assume good faith on the part of others. Best, --Bfigura (talk) 01:10, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
- PS: Threatening to contact someone's ISP on their first offense is probably not necessary. Abuse reports are typically only even considered after at least 5 blocks within the last few months. Best, --Bfigura (talk) 01:13, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Suggestion
Hello, I'd like to suggest not freaking out over vandals. Don't give them any recognition or satisfaction. Cheers,JetLover (Report a mistake) 03:27, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
