[edit] Sasquatch's Evidence comments
First, it must be pointed out the this is of course a mock RfC and a quick scan of bmicomp's edits reveals he is endlessly reverting vandalism and a great asset to this community.
That being said, here are some things he might conisder improving:
- You seem to love adding {{wikify}} and {{cleanup}} templates to things but not doing much of it. Remember, it's always better to cleanup things ourselves than to leave it for others (something my mother taught me, that and life is like a box of chocolates... or was that Forest Gump?).
I think that sums it up for me XD the fact that I found one thing seems like a victory. Happy Editting!

- Yeah, I was thinking about that, it's a good point. Usually I try to stick to RC patrol but I was taking the time to tag articles in need of attention with a template rather than doing the work myself (if it needed a lot of work), so I could get back to RC patrolling. However, I've been taking your advice and trying to do the work myself rather than leave it for somebody else. Thanks for your comments. -- BMIComp (talk, HOWS MY DRIVING) 16:59, 23 July 2005 (UTC)
Third party view
- I do that a lot too. I figure that there is already a cleanup crew, and if I stopped to wikify every article that I came across that needed wikifying, a ton of vandalism would get missed. Think of it as specialisation: Bmicomp, Sasquatch, func, me, etc, are dedicated vandal slayers. We're good at what we do. Wikifying is a low-priority job, but vandals need to be killed right away before they can inflict too much damage. So I wouldn't encourage an RC patroller to stop RC patrolling to wikify an article unless things are really slow.

[edit] Texture's Evidence road rage
I have found the following disturbing behaviors:
- Driving on the right side of the road. (Where do you think you are?)
- Failing to signal a change in discussion. Blinkers are required for each subject change - ignorance of policy (well... there should be!) is no excuse.
- Violating city beautification laws. Bumper stickers at the tail of a signature violate city ordinance. (And we're gonna measure the length of your grass, too!)
- Exceeding edit limits per hour. (Slow down, young man. Where's the fire?)
- Equipment repair warning - busted tail lights. Your tail lights look like "(" and ")" on either side of your bumper. They should look like "(o)". (Modern tail lights just look like "o" but yours is way old... nice tail fins.) You have seven days to get this repaired.
You moving violations will require that you appear in federal district circuit supreme state traffic court. Your court date is 8/3/5+6-2/1**3. If you fail to appear your will be found in violation of your parole and your wife will be returned to you.

I love your talk page. Actually, I didn't know about the multiple block issue. Thanks for filling me in. That doggoned IP was causing nothing but trouble. Is it back on 24-hour block? - Lucky 6.9 04:36, 31 August 2005 (UTC)

Bmicomp, I think a hotel list would be good! Please read my comments at : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Hotels#A_Hotel_List_is_Good
[edit] Bad form
You would do well to learn the difference between a proposed decision and a final decision, and only link to the latter as evidence of what a given final decision is. Still, the ArbCom's writing ability seems more in need of improvement than yout ability to make this distinction. I guess we can at least be happy that they're not involved in any projects that involve very much writing ...

- You referred to "editing restrictions with respect to you (me)" in your comment. Is there something I should know about? Marsden 19:26, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Fotherington-Thomas
You jumped on the article very quickly as it was being worked on - but dealt with my comments quickly and well - carry on being vigilient and polite - well done! :) ...en passant! 19:53, 14 October 2005 (UTC)
Okay I looked up the word Passel here and could not find it.
I looked it up in a tangible dictionary
it means a group of things
So I thought I would be helpful and add that, but it was later deleted. It is not vulgarity or profanity. It is the actual meaning of the word.
[edit] Fruit Flies
Hello Bmicomp/RfC,
Just wanted to mention that lemons will not destroy fruit flies. In fact, they love them.
Thanks Mike
