Bluview BMForum (BMForum) is an Internet forum developed by Bluview in China. It is built on the PHP scripting language and MySQL database management systems.

The BMForum is a freeware and Open Source (Creative Commons Licence) Bulletin Board System (BBS). Its interface supports multiple languages, such as English and Chinese.

BMForum is one of a small number of Full Open Source BBS Projects in China.^{[citation needed]}

BMForum aims to be a fast, light-weight, powerful, and user-friendly forum. Currently it runs on operating systems that are able to support a PHP/MySQL configuration. BMForum was first released in 2003.
