Why is this article separate from Blyth Valley? I'd suggest the contents of that article are merged into this one. --Halsteadk 19:08, 29 August 2005 (UTC)

Every constituency has it's own page, the constituency borders are set independently of the district and don't neccessarily correspond, the article should have all results back to 1950 and hopefully intime include commentary (see Newbury for an example), it would be a bad idea to merge them. -- Joolz 22:40, 29 August 2005 (UTC)
Fair comment, and one I've now seen in the case of Wansbeck district and constituency, which cover rather different areas to each other despite having the same name. -- Halsteadk 14:09, 3 September 2005 (UTC)
