This arbitration case has been closed and the final decision is available at the link above. Bluemarine is banned from Wikipedia for one year, to run concurrent with the existing indefinite community ban, at which point the community may consider unbanning the user. As a result of the violations of our Biographies of Living People policy that have occured on the article Matt Sanchez, it has been placed on article probation, which requires that editors be especially mindful of content and interaction policies.
