Canada's Blue dog made in Photoshop by Redd Dragon 16:59, 28 June 2006 (UTC).
The dog has no relation to the Sirius Dog. You can compare both dogs and see the clear difference. It is meant to act as a public domain stand in for the Sirius Canada Userbox since the official Sirius dog is not under public domain.

The old version was white, but I changed it to blue to match the blue userbox.
