Ελληνικά: Τα bluebonnets, είναι το γενικό όνομα για μέλη του είδους Lupinus το οποίο είναι άγριο λουλούδι της el:Βορείου Αμερικής. Είναι το επίσημο πολιτειακό λουλούδι της πολιτείας του el:Τέξας των ΗΠΑ.
English: The bluebonnet, a name common to several en:North American species of Lupinus, is the state en:flower of en:Texas. They typically grow about 0.3 m (1 ft) tall. The name is possibly derived from the shape of the en:petals of the flower and their resemblance to the bonnets worn by pioneer women to shield themselves from the en:sun.
