Blunt Force Trauma is a hardcore punk/thrash metal band from Austin, Texas. They formed in 1999, and record for indie label Shattered World Records[1].

Blunt Force Trauma was formed in 1999 in Austin, TX. The band recorded 2 albums, Blunt Force Trauma (2000), and Good Morning America (2001) with original drummer Ben Burton. Burton left the group in late 2001. In June of 2007, the remaining members recruited ex-D.R.I. drummer Felix Griffin[4].
