Blues is All Right is the first fourth studio album released by blues guitarist Guitar Shorty (David Kearney). The album was released on CD by the label Collectables on August 27, 1996, the same day as the compilation album Billie Jean Blues. The album was produced by Swamp Dogg at several studios. The Penguin Guide to Blues Recordings says that this album is the superior of it and Billie Jean Blues due to more varied material.[1]
