[edit] Curriculum
The school uses the A Beka curriculum, which is affiliated with the Pensacola Christian College. BCA takes a firm stand on the topics of Young Earth creationism and biblical literalism, and has been under fire many times.
[edit] School Board
An up to date list of the school board is currently unavailable.
[edit] After School Care and Activities
The school offers after school care until 6:00PM and many activities. Karate, dance instruction, fencing, chess club, and a [[4H|4H Club] are available to students who wish to attend. BCA also offers an academic team, led by math and science teacher Mrs. Magruder. The school takes the students out for a field trip, about once or twice a month.
[edit] Statement of Faith
The school's statement of faith is as follows:
WE BELIEVE the Bible to be verbally inspired in its original form, the only infallible authoritative Word of God.
WE BELIEVE that there is one God Eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
WE BELIEVE in God the Father, Creator of the universe and in His all powerful, all knowing and ever present nature.
WE BELIEVE in the deity of Christ in His conception by the Holy Spirit, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life , in His miraculous works, in His substitutionary death through His shed blood, in His literal, bodily resurrection, in His bodily ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His premillenial, imminent, bodily return.
WE BELIEVE in the totally depraved and lost condition of man by nature, and in the salvation by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ wholly apart from works, the evidence of which is works of righteousness.
WE BELIEVE that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ as personal savior are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.
WE BELIEVE in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost. Those that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and those that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. First resurrection. Second resurrection.
WE BELIEVE in the spiritual unity of all believers in Christ.
