Blue Cheese Dressing (also Bleu ‘ ’) is a popular salad dressing in the United States. It is usually made from mayonnaise, blue cheese, milk, vinegar, sugar, onion powder, dry mustard, and garlic powder. Most major salad dressing producers and restaurants produce a variant of blue cheese dressing. It is commonly served with buffalo wings.
