The Blue-winged Siva or Minla (Siva cyanouroptera) is a species of bird in the Timaliidae family. It is found in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
