The Blue-Chested Hummingbird (Amazilia amabilis) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and heavily degraded former forest.
