Blu-Express is a low cost airline based in Rome, Italy. It is the low cost arm of Blue Panorama Airlines and operates domestic and international services[1]. Blue Panorama Airlines, with Distal & Itr, represents one of the principal airline transport groups in Italy and Europe.

Blu-express operates services from Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, Rome to Turin (Caselle International Airport) (3 flights a day), Catania (4 flights a day), Nice (1 flight a day), Pantelleria (2 flights a week from June 2 to September 29, 2008)[1].

As of August 2007, the Blu-express fleet includes:
- 2 Boeing 737-300 (EI-DXB & EI-DVY), Blu Express flights are also operated by 3 x B737-400 (EI-CUA, EI-CUD, EI-CUN) Blue Panorama Airlines, and viceversa.
