[edit] Advice to Blogsd on fixing your browser/system

Hi Blogsd,

Actually, it is your machine that needs to be fixed. In other words, your browser/system is not at all configured to show unicode characters properly. You'd find the same problems viewing any other Indic script. Please refer to WP:INDIC for instructions on how to fix your browser. please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

As per WP:FLAG, the use of flags is discouraged. Don't ask me why, because I don't know; I only know it's not permitted. We used to have flagicons back in time, and I was also shocked to see the new campaign of their sweeping removal all over the site, but it's a new rule. Shahid • ^Talk2me 20:24, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
